How To Post Your Property Listings On Private Property Nigeria

  1. Log Into Your Account
  2. On your dashboard, click on "Post A Property" at the top right corner of your screen or click on the 3 line menu bar at the top right corner and select "Post A Property"
  3. Fill the Property Details Form
  4. Tap on "Click to Select Amenities" to select additional features of the property
  5. Enter a Youtube or Instagram Video Link if any
  6. Click on "Next Page"
  7. Upload Property Images
  8. Click on "Save" or Click on "Add Another" to Post More Properties

How to Edit Listings

  1. Log into your account
  2. On your dashboard, click on the 3 line menu bar at the top right corner and select "My listings"
  3. Click on "Action" below the listing you wish to edit
  4. Select "Edit" to edit property description or select "Edit Pictures" to rotate, delete or add more pictures

Sponsored Listings

Sponsored listings get the highest visibility and are positioned prominently at the top of search results and middle of search results pages. With this tool, your listings reach the maximum and the most relevant property seekers. Listings with the 'sponsored' badge rank higher than gold and silver listings. This tool is available on the Enterprise+, Enterprise and Business+ plans. This tool can also be purchased separately as top-up irrespective of your plan.

How to Sponsor Your Listings
  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Click on the 3 line menu bar at the top right corner of your screen
  3. Tap on "My Listings"
  4. Click on the Sponsor Icon at the bottom of the listing you wish to sponsor
  5. Click on "Proceed’’ to complete activation

Gold Tool

This is a great tool that has been designed to boost your listing to appear higher in search results and attract the most serious audience of property buyers, renters and investors. Gold listings are positioned after the sponsored listings and rank higher than Silver and regular listings in search result pages. Listings with the gold badge attract 10x more leads. The gold tool is not available on Starter and Basic plans. However, it can be purchased as top-up for all subscribers on paid plans.

How To Apply The Gold Tool
  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Click on the 3 line menu bar at the top right corner of your screen
  3. Tap on "My Listings"
  4. Click on the Gold Icon below the listing you wish to make a gold listing
  5. Click on "Proceed’’ to confirm activation

Silver Tool

Listings with the silver badge get 5x more exposure than regular listings. Silver listings appear after gold listings and rank higher than regular listings in search results.

How To Apply The Silver Tool
  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Click on the 3 line menu bar at the top right corner of your screen
  3. Tap on "My Listings"
  4. Click on the Silver Icon below the listing you wish to make a silver listing
  5. Click on "Proceed" to confirm activation

Manual Boost

This tool allows you to manually push up older listings to the top of search result pages. Listings are usually pushed up automatically by the system at intervals of every (x) number of days depending on your subscription plan but with this tool, you do not have to wait for the system to push up your listings. This tool gives you absolute control over the interval of days your listings get pushed up and you can also prioritize your listings by selecting the listings you want to push up by yourself. The units of manual boosts vary depending on the plan you are subscribed to. This tool can also be purchased as top-up.

How To Apply Manual Boost
  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Click on the 3 line menu bar at the top right corner of your screen
  3. Tap on "My Listings"
  4. Click on "Action" and select ‘Push Up" on the drop down list
  5. Tap on "Proceed" to complete the process

Area Specialist

Area Specialist is a premium tool that gives you exclusive Promotion & Branding as a Real Estate Agent Specialist in your locality of choice. With this tool, there is guaranteed visibility to all users in Locality search results page and property seekers have the option to call you directly. This tool is available on Enterprise+, Enterprise, Business+ and Business plans. This tool can also be purchased as top-up on subscription plans without the Area specialist feature.

How the Area Specialist Tool Works
  1. Log on to your dashboard
  2. Click on the 3 line menu bar at the top right corner of your screen and select "My Team"
  3. Click on "Add Team Member"
  4. Fill the form accordingly
  5. Click on "Submit"
  6. Click on "Add as Area Specialist" to complete the process

My Team

This is a uniquely great feature that allows primary agents account owners on our platform to register their staff member(s) or business partners as team members. Once registered, team members can login with their own login details to list a property, publish and unpublish listings, add and remove marketing tools, view leads and basically manage the account. This feature promotes collaborative work among teams to reach business goals.

How to Add Team Members
  1. Log on to your dashboard
  2. Click on the 3 line menu bar at the top right corner of your screen and select "My Team"
  3. Click on "Add Team Member"
  4. Fill the form accordingly
  5. Click on "Submit"

Front Page Logo

Subscribers that have access to this feature get to showcase their business logo on our homepage. This feature increases brand credibility and exposure on the platform. This feature is available on Enterprise+, Enterprise, Business+ and Business plans. It can also be purchased as top-up on other plans.

View Property Request

This feature gives subscribers access to view property requests from new and returning property seekers. This is a very useful tool that helps agents on the platform get more leads,close more deals and reach their business goals faster.This feature is available on all paid subscription plans.
